LAMB DONER KEBABS SLOW COOKER RECIPE 😋😋
Soooooo soooooo good! 👊🏼👊🏼 Don’t need to go to the kebab shop anymore 😂
Ingredients:
2 x 500 gram Lamb Mince
2 x teaspoons of salt (maybe a smidge more)
2 x teaspoons of Italian herbs
2 x teaspoons of dried oregano
3 x teaspoons of garlic powder
3 x teaspoons of onion salt
2 x teaspoons of cayenne pepper
Directions:
Mix together ingredients until a paste like mix, mould mixture into a log shape, wrap in alfoil and put in the fridge overnight to firm up. You don’t need to do this, but I prepped the night before 🙂
Put alfoil wrapped meat straight into your slow cooker and turn on low and cook for 6 hours. Leave untouched.
I turned the slow cooker off about an hour before we ate to cool down and left it in the cooker to sit. I pulled it out with tongs an hour later and then unwrapped and sliced!
Serve with your fav kebab sauces and toppings! I made homemade taziki and just lettuce, tomato, cheese and onion. Ooooooooh yasssss!

I tried this recipe last week. I found it very close to what we buy in the takeaway stores, however I found it very salty and the cayenne was overpowering, especially for younger kids. I tried it again last night and only used 1/2 teaspoon of salt and ONE teaspoon of cayenne… PERFECT!
