Nutella and Donut Pudding

Getting excited for dessert time, Nutella and Donut pudding (my take on bread and butter pudding).

Ingredients:

6-7 (probably 6 after my toddler “helped” me make it haha) left over donuts
Nutella (as much as you like – I’m sure the more the better)
3 eggs
300ml thickened cream
Teaspoon vanilla essence
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup of caster sugar

Nutella and Donut Pudding

Let’s see how to cook Slow Cooker Nutella and Donut Pudding

Directions:

Cut donuts in half and spread in Nutella, sandwich back together and cut into quarters. Place in bottom of slow cooker – I lined mine with baking paper.
Mix eggs, cream, vanilla, sugar and salt and pour over donuts.
Turn donuts so they are all covered in the custard mix.
