Cheesy Baked Bean Pasties. Slow Cooked pastry, flaky pillows of baked beans and melted cheese. Convenient to have at breakfast before going or a light snack or lunchboxes?
Ingredients

200g of baked beans

1/2 cup grated tasty cheese

1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese.

1 sheet puff pastry

1 more egg, beaten, to brush pastry.
Cheesy Baked Bean Pasties: Instructions
Prepare the Pastry
- Roll up a sheet of puff pastry into 4 squares and cut them.
Prepare the Cheese Mixture
- Add the two grated cheeses into a bowl.
Prepare the Beans
- Pour off all the excess sauce on the baked bean and discard.
Fill the Pastry
- Put one half of each square of cheese in the form of a triangle. Place some beans baked on top of each piece of cheese.
Shape the Pasties
- Fold pastry square left over beans and cheese and make triangle shaped pillow. Seal with a fork along the two unbuttoned sides of pillow.
Prepare the Slow Cooker
- Prepare bottom of the slow cooker with a piece of baking paper that has been sprayed lightly with the non stick spray.
Arrange the Pasties
- Put pastie pillows in slow cooker in single layer and brush top of each lightly with egg wash.
Cook
- Place the Tea Towel Trick on HIGH and cook a total of 1hr 20m.
Midway Step
- Rotate halfway through cooking and rebrush the second face with egg also.
Serve
- Eat at once and serve hot or put in foil and eat as lunch.
