Ingredients

  • 8-16 thin chicken sausages

  • Apricot juice: 400 ml for 8 sausages, or 650 ml for 16 sausages.

  • 1 package (40g) French Onion soup mix dried.

  • 1 large onion, diced

Apricot Chicken Sausages: Instructions

  1. Place uncut and uncooked sausages on the bottom of the slow cooker.

  2. Add onion.

  3. Blend nectar and dry soup then pour it over.

  4. Cook on low for 5 hrs.

Notes

The apricot nectar will be in the juice shelf of the supermarkets (not the tinned fruit shelf).
