8-16 thin chicken sausages

Apricot juice: 400 ml for 8 sausages, or 650 ml for 16 sausages.

1 package (40g) French Onion soup mix dried.

1 large onion, diced
Apricot Chicken Sausages: Instructions

Place uncut and uncooked sausages on the bottom of the slow cooker.

Add onion.

Blend nectar and dry soup then pour it over.

Cook on low for 5 hrs.
Notes
The apricot nectar will be in the juice shelf of the supermarkets (not the tinned fruit shelf).
