Chuck n Mustard. This easy slow cooker beef meal has a strong mustard taste. The meat cooks slowly until it becomes very soft and tender. It is a simple dish that is warm, tasty, and filling.
Ingredients

1 kg beef chuck into large cubes of approximately 2 -3 inch

1 onion sliced

Brand yellow mustard of French. It is also sugar free and this does not mean that it cannot cook all day using this slow cooked technique

not essential, however, is good: 2-3 big potatoes, peeled and cut into big pieces
Chuck n Mustard: Instructions

Put ingredients in a slow cooker that has a minimum capacity of 3L.

Add more squirt mustard to the items.

At least half a small (226g) bottle of French Mustard will be used by you.

Plug the set cooker to Auto (or high during the initial 1-2 hours in order to heat up faster and then change it to low).

Provided you are not planning on attending your slow cooker just set to low.

Bake and cook 7 hours or until meat starts to fall apart by using a fork.

It is a very easy dish, which can be eaten directly or with rice or pasta.

You may add more water to the liquid to make a gravy or simply add a half an hour of macaroni before serving.

You want more veggies? No trouble, add some or serve them.

In order to make this recipe low carb, please use big pieces of parsnip, turnip, kohlrabi or cauliflower.
