Ingredients

  • 1/4 block Philly cream cheese

  • 4 garlic cloves, sliced thin

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice (fresh and tangy)

  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped big

  • 1/4 leek, sliced up

  • 150 grams sliced mushrooms

  • 1 red onion, chopped small

  • 1 cup cream

  • 1/2 bag pasta (cook it ahead of time)
