Ingredients

1 kg chopped chicken thighs (or breasts if you like)

6 slices bacon, chopped up

375g fresh mushrooms, chopped

4 big spoons crushed garlic

2 medium onions, chopped

4 spoons grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper, as much as you want

600ml cream (or milk-free kind)

Some corn flour for thickening

Brown the chicken in a pan on the stove.

Put chicken and all other stuff (except cream and corn flour) in the slow cooker.

Cook on low for 4 hours.

Heat the cream in a pot—it stops it from getting lumpy in hot food.

Stir the warm cream slowly into the slow cooker.

Mix up to 2 spoons corn flour with a little water in a bowl.

Add that mix to the cooker and stir good.

Take off the lid and cook 1 more hour to make it thick.
