2 pieces Osso Bucco

1 medium onion, cut into slices

1 medium carrot, sliced thin

½ cup frozen peas

1 beef stock cube

1 packet roast meat gravy (like Gravox)

1 tin tomatoes (like Ardmona Basil and Garlic)

¼ cup smoky BBQ sauce

Osso Bucco Stew: Directions

Put all the stuff in your slow cooker (I used a 3.5L one). Put the meat down at the bottom first.

Turn it on high for 2 hours. Then change to low for 5 more hours.

Heads up: Slow cookers are different! If yours is bigger, try 7 or 8 hours all on low.
