Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Osso Bucco

  • 1 medium onion, cut into slices

  • 1 medium carrot, sliced thin

  • 3 mushrooms, sliced up

  • ½ cup frozen peas

  • 1 beef stock cube

  • 1 packet roast meat gravy (like Gravox)

  • 1 tin tomatoes (like Ardmona Basil and Garlic)

  • ¼ cup smoky BBQ sauce

  • 1 cup water

Osso Bucco Stew: Directions

  1. Put all the stuff in your slow cooker (I used a 3.5L one). Put the meat down at the bottom first.

  2. Turn it on high for 2 hours. Then change to low for 5 more hours.

  3. Heads up: Slow cookers are different! If yours is bigger, try 7 or 8 hours all on low.

  4. Serve it with mashed potatoes.

  5. You could also use any type of steak or beef cuts for this recipe.
