Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken thigh cutlets
  • 1 can chicken and sweet corn soup (you can skip this if you want)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 and 1/2 onions, diced
  • 1 cup frozen mixed veggies
  • 2 litres chicken stock (water with stock powder works too)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoons ground coriander
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons crushed garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • A sprinkle of dried mixed herbs
  • Noodles of your choice (hokien noodles work great)

Asian Style Chicken Noodle: Directions

  1. Put everything into the slow cooker except the noodles.
  2. 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup from a can.
  3. About 1 hour before you are ready to eat, take the chicken out carefully, remove all the bones, then put the chicken back in.
  4. About 30 minutes before eating, add your noodles and let them cook in the soup.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
