BACON CHEESE POTATOES (SLOW COOKER) RECIPE
Ingredients:
1/4 lb bacon, cooked but tender & then diced
2 medium onions, but thinly sliced
4 medium potatoes, medium slice
1 bag(small) shredded cheddar cheese
1 stalk green onion, sliced in rounds
butter, to dot
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
salt & pepper
Method:
Line slow cooker with foil, then layer half each of the bacon, onions & potatoes in the slow cooker.
Season potato mixture with 1/2 of garlic and onion powders, then season to taste with salt & pepper & dot with 1/2 the butter.
Repeat vegetables layer & seasonings – then dot with remaining butter.
Cover with foil & cook on low for 4 1/2 – 5 hours depending on your slow cooker.
Top with cheese, re-cover with foil & cook for an additional 20 minutes.

Bunch chopped spring onions chopped
Half pack chopped button mushrooms
1 tablespoon garlic puree
White wine stock pot
1 liter chicken stock
Dried chervil
I cooked all above for 2 hours then added
Half pack cream cheese
300g dry pasta
Handful grated cheddar
Cooked for a further 40 minutes.
