Ingredients

  • 3 garlic cloves

  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

  • 1 tablespoon onion powder

  • 2 handfuls chopped mushrooms

  • 1/4 cup white wine

  • 1 kg chopped steak

  • 1 onion

  • 5 cubed potatoes

  • 1 block Philly cheese

  • 1 cup peas and corn

  • 2 tablespoons curry powder

Creamy Beef and Potato Curry: Directions

  1. Chop the onion, mushrooms, steak, garlic, potatoes, veggies, and Philly cheese. Toss them all into the slow cooker.

  2. Sprinkle in the curry powder, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix it all up well.
