Creamy scalloped potatoes!
This recipe has regular potatoes and sweet potatoes.
It’s delicious
Ingredients:
5 peeled potatoes sliced
1 big peeled sweet potato sliced
2 tsp crushed garlic
1 onions diced
1 cup chicken stock
1 cup of thick cream (heavy)
2 cups cheese (I used tasty and a sprinkle of parmesan)
1/2 tsp paprika
Tsp mixed herbs (I used semi dried)
Salt & pepper
Method:
Assemble potatoes in slow cooker.
Cover with all ingredients except cheese & cream.
Cook on high for 4 hours.
Add cream then cheese (and I added a little extra paprika here for colour). Cook on high uncovered for an additional 1 hour.
I guess you could do low 6-8 or high 4-6 depending on how you like your potatoes.
