Potato bake cooked in the slow cooker

Potato bake cooked in the slow cooker, turned out amazing, even my kids have begged for me to make it again.

Ingredients:

12 medium potatos sliced
Diced bacon
1 onion
2 containers of cream (thickened/double) (600ml)
Milk
Salt to taste
Pepper
Garlic powder
Cheese

Method:

First put a bed of potato down to fill bottom of slow cooker hand full of onion and bacon on top. Then repeated this till the amount i wanted.

Now i added 2 tubs of cream with a tub of milk ( used one of the cream ones when it was empty) poured into a bowl added random amount of pepper salt and garlic powder mixed together. After that poured the mixture over the top of everything.

Put the lid on and cooked on high for 2 hrs, then low for 2.5 hrs. I added cheese on top when there was only 30 mins left of cooking. Your slow cooker baked potato is ready to serve. Stay with us to find more recipes. Thanks.
