Creamy tortellini soup in slow cooker
Ingredients:
6 cups chicken broth
1 small can diced tomatoes
1 small can rotel (tomatoes and green chili’s)
3/4 cup chopped frozen onions and peppers
1 block cream cheese, cubed
1 .40 pounds italian sausage, cut up
Fresh parsley, thyme, and rosemary, granulated garlic.
Bag cheese tortellini, small frozen
1 cup bowtie pasta
Bag fresh savoy spinach
Directions:
Put first six ingredients into crockpot.
Cook 1 1/2 to 2 hours. (Or until sausages are cooked). Add spinach. Turn to low. Cook another 1-2 hours. Add tortellini and pasta. Cook until al dente, about 20 minutes. Garnish with good parm cheese.
