Crock Pot Chili

I was successful in my first Chili cook!!!

Ingredients:

2 pounds of lean stew meat

1 can of Rotelle tomatoes

1 can of tomato sauce

1 can of Hatch Green Chilies

1 package of McCormick chili seasoning

4-6 ounces of beef broth

1/2 cup of diced onion

2 teaspoons of diced garlic

Methods:

Brown stew meat in garlic olive oil and place in crock pot Add Rotel tomatoes, chili seasoning, tomato sauce, garlic, onion, and hatch chilies. Cook on high for 1.5 hours. Then cook on low for 4-5 hours. Serve with tortillas or corn chips and garnish with cheese.
