1 kg chicken thigh fillets, sliced into strips

3 rashers short-cut bacon, sliced thin

270 g jar semi-dried tomatoes, drained well

600 ml cooking cream

250 ml light Philadelphia cream cheese (for cooking)

1 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp cornflour
-
1 tsp cracked black pepper

60 g baby spinach leaves
-
200 g Trivelle (spiral) pasta (added raw)

Decadent Creamy Chicken Pasta: Directions

Put the sliced chicken, bacon, and drained semi-dried tomatoes into a 6L slow cooker.

In a bowl, mix the cooking cream, light cream cheese, garlic powder, cornflour, and cracked black pepper until smooth.

Pour the cream mixture over the chicken and bacon in the slow cooker.

Cook on low for 4 hours 30 minutes.

After that time, stir in the baby spinach and raw spiral pasta so they mix with the sauce.

Cook for another 45–60 minutes, or until the pasta is soft the way you like it.

Serve warm with shaved or grated Parmesan on top.
