First Dump Bag

I just made my first dump bag! I was making it anyway so doubled the ingredients and made two.
Lamb, Sweet Potato and Rosemary Soup.

Ingredients (not doubled):

1 lamb shoulder
1 sweet potato
2 stalks of celery
1 carrot
1 blob of minced garlic
2 big blobs of oyster sauce
1 large brown onion
1 big blob of tomato paste
cup of vegetable stock
1 sprig of rosemary

The lamb shoulder is chopped not very much, the chunks are bigger than my fist.
The celery is sliced fine.
The sweet potato is half chopped into biggish chunks and half chopped fine in the Tupperware extra chef.
The carrot and onion are also chopped fine in the extra chef.
There will be a naked rosemary stick to pull out before serving.
I’ll cook it for half the day, and serve it for lunch. If I were serving it for dinner I would leave the shoulder whole and cook it all day. Hopefully the meat will fall apart to make a nice chunky soup!
