Ingredients

  • 2 Beef Cheeks

  • 1 Onion (Chopped)

  • 1 & 1/2 Cups Peas

  • 1 & 1/2 Cups Beans

  • 1 & 1/2 Cups Carrots (Chopped)

  • 2 Potatoes (Chopped)

  • 1 TBL Thyme

  • 440g Can Diced Tomatoes

  • 200ml Guinness Stout

  • 2 TBL Flour

Add Ingredients

Centralize all the ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on LOW in 4 hours.

Stir

Stir occasionally.

Serve

Serve and enjoy.

Notes

To make a thicker sauce, take off the lid 30 minutes to serving and switch slow cooker to high.

Baked in my 5.5L Contempo low cooker that cooks faster than the majority. Times may vary.
