Lamb Casserole and Beef & Red wine stew and Honey mustard chicken. So today I made a few meals that will be frozen, for my mum who isn’t well and some days is too tired to cook, so every few weeks I make a few different meals so she can just defrost, heat & eat.
Lamb Casserole
5 Lamb chump chops cut in half
1 onion
2 carrots
1 or 2 cups peas & corn
1 lamb casserole slow cooker pack
Add it all in slow cooker
8 hours on low
Beef & Red wine stew
1kilo steak (I used chuck)
Pack sliced mushrooms
2 carrots sliced
3 potato’s cubed
1 cup red wine
2 tablespoonful tomato paste
400gm tin crushed tomatoes
2 packs red wine slow cooked packets
8 hours on low
Honey mustard chicken
1 Jar honey mustard sauce (little water or milk to rinse jar)
2 chicken breast, diced
2 cups frozen veggies
Place into slow cooker 3 hours on low. It will be a runny (next time I won’t add the water from the jar)
You can either served it with steamed veggies or add pasta & cheese to make a pasta bake.
