Using a blade roast tonight, cover in spice mix and salsa now cooking for 8hrs on low.

I think 6-7hrs might be good as my SC is a bit faster then normal. But u know when it falling apart it’s obviously done.


I LOVE using the mission chips (as pictured)
Then top with a fresh salsa (tomato/red onion/avocado and a squirt of lemon juice to keep the avo going brown.)
Also Woolworths has a Mexican cheese which is perfect. (Pictured)

 

*****Mexican pulled Pork Nachos*****


Ok so since the pulled pork Nachos were such a hit last week not only in my house but here on FB I decided I’d make it again for dinner with a more detailed step by step picture instructions 😂

Mexican pulled Pork Nachos
Three ingredients:
Pork (I use the smallest roast I can find)
Taco Seasoning
Salsa sauce

Cut off the skin (instead of throwing u could make crackle?)


Put roast inside SC tip taco seasoning on top and rub all over, now tip the salsa jar on top.

Mexican pulled Pork Nachos
Cook on low for 8hrs or until it’s falling apart which might be more or less time depending on your cooker.


Once it’s cooked shred it apart inside cooker so it can sit and absorb all the juices 😋
