We had the fakeaway kebab tonight with Indian style mint sauce.
Will be making again.
Lamb “fakeaway” kebab
Ingredients:
500g lamb mince
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
2 tsp cayenne pepper (or 1tsp chilli powder)
Drizzle of oil
Method:
Mix all herbs and spices together
Add mince to a bowl then add the spices and mix. (using your hands)
Roll into a sausage shape and wrap in foil.
Cook on low for 6-7
Once cooked turn slow cooker off, slice using peeler then add back into the slow cooker to brown a bit in the juices.
Indian style mint sauce.
Greek yoghurt
Mint sauce
Little Squeeze of lemon
