Mars Bar Crispy Cake

Ingredients:

12 Mars bars
100 gram marg
8 tbsp golden syrup
8 mugs rice crispies
600 gram milk chocolate

Directions:

Melt Mars bars, marg and syrup mix together in slow cooker until melted, add rice crispies and mix, put mixture into a couple of tins, melt the milk chocolate separately & pour over the crispies mixture, leave to cool then put in fridge for 30 mins, once it starts to set I mark where I’m going to cut – it saves the chocolate cracking too much when you come to cut it. It takes a couple of hours for the chocolate to set, best to get it out of fridge and leave to stand before its cut. It makes at least 20 good size slices x
