Millionaire shortbread Slow Cooker Recipe
Ingredients:
600 gram cheap white chocolate
1 tin of caramel
Whole packet of Co Op shortbread biscuits
30 gram unsalted butter
150 gram cheap milk chocolate and 50 gram cheap white chocolate for the topping
Directions:
Put the 600 gram of white chocolate and caramel on high in slow cooker for 45 minutes. Then stir well before turning down on low for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes after a crust has formed.
Meanwhile bash up all the shortbread and mix with the melted butter. Put in tray and press down.
Note:
I didn’t get the mixture on the base quite right so it’s a bit crumbly.
When fudge mixture is done pour on top of biscuit base and leave for an hour.
Melt the other milk chocolate and white chocolate separately. I then poured the milk chocolate over the fudge and placed teaspoons of melted white chocolate scattered over and then swirled it all.
Put in the fridge for 4 hours.
Will definitely make this again it tastes amazing. I just need to improve the biscuit base.
