Pork Chop Suey

This pork chop suey is warm and tasty. It has pork, vegetables, and noodles in a rich sauce. The slow cooker cooks it slowly, so it becomes very soft and tasty. It is an easy meal for the whole family.

Ingredients

  • 4 Cups cooked pork diced

  • 1/4 Cabbage shredded

  • 1/4 capsicum diced

  • 1 carrot diced

  • 1 large onion diced

  • 1 Celery stick diced

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • Use 2 packets of Mi Goreng noodles or any 2-minute noodles. Add the seasoning packets that come inside the packs.

  • 2 1/2 cups chicken stock

Pork Chop Suey: Instructions

  1. Frypan then add olive oil.

  2. Add onion and cook until it is clear.

  3. Put cabbage in & cook for 3 mins.

  4. Put into large bowl and break up the noodles then add all other ingredients to the bowl and mix.

  5. then pour into SC and cook without teatowel, 1.5 to 2hrs.

  6. Served with rice or Mashed Potatoes.
