Slow Cooker Chicken Curry

Slow Cooker Chicken Curry ( for 2 people)

Ingredients:
4 chicken wings & 2 thighs
1 can coconut milk
1/2 jar Spiced Indian chutney ( homemade)
1 onion diced
1/2 red capsicum diced
1 large or 2 medium potatoes chopped in quarters
1 garlic clove squished
Cauliflower flowerets
1 cup sliced green beans
1/2 teaspoon curry powder or more to your liking.
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
S&P
Some chopped coriander

Instructions:
Place spices and coconut milk in a jug and mix together.
Place chicken pieces, coconut milk with spices, chopped potatoes, squished garlic and onion, S & P and Chutney into slow cooker and cook on high for an hour.
Add cauliflower, beans and capsicum and cook on low for about 3-4 hours.
If curry appears to be a bit thin, mix a small amount of cornflour with water into a slurry and stir through. Not too much though. Enjoy.🙂
