🐔🌟 Special Mango Tomato And Chicken Curry 🌟🐔

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon of powdered chicken stock
3-4 chicken breasts
1 onion
1 large garlic clove
2 tablets of palm sugar or 1 table spoon of brown sugar
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of fish sauce
1/2 jar of yellow curry paste (less if you don’t want it spicy)
1 large tomato (dice)
2 mangoes (dice)
1 bunch of coriander (dice)
1 teaspoons of ginger
1/2 cup water
1 tin of coconut cream 270ml (don’t use coconut milk – too runny!)

Directions:

Brown chicken breast in oil (optional) and fry curry paste in oil until it smells fragrant. Place all ingredients except coconut cream into the slow cooker for 4-6 hours on low. Add coconut cream to the last 30 minutes and stir. Serve with rice.
