Slow Cooker Chicken Alfredo

Ingredients:

2 chicken breast
1 tablespoon spoon butter
2 chicken stock with 1 cup of water
Pinch of salt and pepper
2 teaspoon Garlic granules
2 cartons of double cream
1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper powder
Penne pasta
Smokey Cajun
Broccoli
1tin of petit pois

Directions:

We fried off the 2 chicken fillets first. Add to bottom of slow cooker. Add cream, stock, butter, salt, cayenne pepper, black pepper, garlic granules and broccoli. We cooked this on low for 4 and half hours. Take chicken out, add pasta, peas and a cup of boiling water changing it to high. Whilst pasta cooking add more seasoning to chicken, Cajun powder and basil. After 15 minutes add the Parmesan cheese, mix and then add the chicken back into cooker gently on top for another 20 minutes. X
