Slow Cooker Chicken Kebab

Slow Cooker Chicken Kebab. was absolutely delicious and 100% making again, such a simple recipe!

Ingredients:

500g chicken breast (diced)
Fresh garlic
1 egg
1 tbsp Paprika
1 tbsp Oregano
1 tbsp Mixed herbs
Salt (as you like)
Pepper (as you like)
1 tbsp Chilli powder
1 tbsp Ginger

Method:

MIX ALL ABOVE IN BOWL TOGETHER

– Place on tinfoil and wrap
(Roll into sausage shape in tinfoil)
– place 1 cup on water in slow cooker
– 3 tin foil balls at bottom
– place wrapped chicken on the balls of foil
– cook for 5 hours on low

( more spices can be added if wanted, I added 1 – 1 1/2 of each)
Salt & pepper I used half teaspoon measure.
