Slow Cooker Chicken Noodle Soup. A chicken noodle soup thing I came up with a few days ago when supplies were getting low. It was delicious. My daughter even called it “Dads specialist chicken soup”
Ingredients:
1 kg of chicken legs
2 large carrotts
1 can of corn kernels
4 cloves of garlic
4 bay leaves
1 tsp peppercorns
2 packets of chiken 2 minute noodles
8 cups of chicken stock
2 cups of packet chicken soup.

Directions:
Saute chicken legs with garlic
Add carrots, stock, noodle flavour and soup mix, bay leaves and peppercorns
Cook on low for 6 hours, then pull out chicken to de-bone it.
Add corn and broken up noodles
Cook for another 2 hours on low.
Produces 8 bowls and is so good.
