Slow Cooker Chicken stuffed in pumpkin now can’t wait for dinner . . .
Ingredients:
1 whole pumpkin
300g chicken thigh about 3 pieces
1 garlic clove , chopped
1” ginger, sliced thickly
1 shallot , chopped
1/2 cup of green peas
3 tablespoons French onion soup
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Instructions:
Place the chicken in a bowl mix together all ingredients. Combine well
Cut a square in the top of the pumpkin and lever out with a butter knife.
Scoop out the seeds and add the chicken in pumpkin. Place the pumpkin in a round cake pan and set in the slow cooker. Pour 1/2 cup of water in the base of slow cooker and cook for 2 hours on high, then turn down low and cook for 5 hours.
