Ingredients
3 kgs plums
500g sugar combined raw and brown
2 tsp ground cinnamon
3/4 tsp ground cloves
Methods
All ingredients into the slow cooker, plums cut in half and seeds removed, skins on, cook on low with lid on for at least 10 hours, the longer the better, then use blender and cook for another 4-6 hours with the lid off so the liquid can reduce.
The large jar is 520ml and the 8 others are 260ml. I cooked mine for a total of 22 hours.

Strawberry Jam
Trying something new with the abundance of strawberries I had that were going soft! Slow cooker strawberry jam! Hope his works haha it tastes Devine already and my kitchen is now attracting bee’s hahahaha but that’s ok lol follow up/update to come when it’s done ❤️
Recipe :
3 punets strawberry’s
4 cups sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 medium Apple pealed and sliced
Mush and mix all together
Chuck on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
Put into sterilized jars and as it cools, it gets thicker.
