Crock Pot Ribs

Made ribs in the crockpot and finished them in the oven on broil. So good!

Dry rub:
Brown sugar
Chili powder
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Cumin
Chili flakes
White pepper
Paprika
Black pepper
Salt

Set dry rub aside. Cut ribs to fit into the crockpot. Put Worcestershire and soy on ribs and rub the dry rub all over ribs. Place into crockpot vertically. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

BBQ sauce:
Ketchup
Honey
Brown sugar
Worcestershire
Soy
Cider beer ( I used Stella Artois European style cider )
Chili powder
Cumin
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Paprika
Salt
White pepper
Black pepper

Heat everything over the stove to cook off the alcohol. Then remove ribs from crockpot and brush bbq sauce all over and broil ribs until crispy. 5-10 minutes, each side.
