Caz,s Slow Cooker Quiche
Ingredients:
8 Eggs ( l used 700 grams)
250 grams of Diced Bacon
1/2 Cup of self raising Flour
1/2 Cup of green Capsicum
1 1/2 Cups of Shallots
1 cup of Grated Cheese
600 ml Bottle of Cream
Salt & pepper to season
Directions:
Place all the veges & Bacon in a bowl, sprinkle over Flour & mix through. Then add, eggs, cream, cheese. then season with Salt & Pepper. Pour into greased slow cooker lined with baking paper. Tea towel on top then lid & cook on high for 2 hours, Then on low for 1-45 minutes, life out with Baking paper place on baking tray top with a little cheese & bake for 10 minutes to brown top. l cooked this in a 3 liter if you have a bigger slow cooker it want be as high thats all~And for those who can’t use cream, just substitute for milk, but only 300 mls & 2 extra eggs.
