4 skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
Spicy Rub

Cumin (same amount as paprika)

Paprika powder (same amount as cumin)

Chili flakes (as much as you like for spice)

Salt and pepper (to taste)
Marinade

1 tablespoon brown sugar

2 tablespoons honey

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger

2 grated garlic cloves
-
1 spring onion or a bit of finely chopped leek

Chili flakes (to taste)

Salt and pepper (to taste)
Sweet & Spicy Sticky Chicken: Directions

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Turkey or pork works great too!

Mix the same amount of paprika and cumin. Stir in chili flakes, salt, and pepper until it tastes right.

Toss the meat pieces into the spice mix so every bit gets coated.

Stir up the marinade ingredients in a bowl.

Put the spiced meat in your slow cooker. Pour the marinade on top.

Mix everything well so all the meat gets covered in sauce.

Cook on high for 2 to 3 hours, until the sauce turns thick and sticky. Mine took 2½ hours.
