Make the cookie dough in advance for White chocolate cookie dough fudge
Cream the butter and sugar together, once fully mixed add the vanilla extract and give a good mix then gradually add the milk whilst mixing thoroughly each time. Once fully combined add the flour and chocolate chips, if it’s still a bit too sticky add 1 tablespoon of flour each time until you have a consistency you like. I like mine to be firm so that when rolled into small balls they hold the shape of a ball.
I made several small balls for decoration on top of the fudge and with the rest I smoothed it onto a tray and placed both in the freezer for a few hours to set firm.
Then I made the fudge in the usual way of melting the chocolate, condensed milk and vanilla together whilst stirring every 10 mins until it was ready (about an hour).
I used a 8″ x 8″ tin to set my fudge in.
Place 1/2 the fudge into prepared tin and then place the cut up cookie dough chunks on top of that (however you like) then place the remaining fudge on top of that and smooth out so it’s nice and flat. Then with the frozen balls of cookie dough declare the top.
Place in the fridge to set fully. (I left mine overnight).
