WHITE CHOCOLATE WITH LOTUS BISCOFF & MILK CHOCOLATE COOKIES
I’m about to start making fudge for 100 people, wedding favours for my sister in law’s wedding!
Basic recipe – this makes about 25/26 pieces
Ingredients:
500g chocolate
1 tin of condensed milk
1 Tspoon vanilla essence
50g icing sugar
white chocolate with lotus biscoff & milk chocolate cookies & cream, using Oreos.
Melt the chocolate with the condensed milk on high – takes about 30 minutes, stirring it occasionally. It should form a shiny, fudgey texture. This is when I add an extra flavourings or ingredients and stir through. Then sift in the icing sugar and stir constantly until combined. The fudge should now be much thicker and stiffer, quite hard work to stir. Transfer to a lined baking tray add any toppings and then leave to cool completely before putting in fridge for a couple of hours
Half way through! Going to do the final 4 tins tomorrow as won’t have the fridge space for all 8 at once!xxx
