1.5 kg chicken pieces

3/4 tsp salt

3/4 tsp ground black pepper

1 medium onion, diced

2 Tbsp garlic

2 Tbsp chopped chili (I used 4 medium chilies)

2 Tbsp paprika

400 ml tin coconut cream

3 Tbsp peanut butter

1 Tbsp coriander (powdered)

Put all ingredients in the slow cooker. Set it to low and cook for 2-3 hours.

Take out the chicken. Remove the bones, then put the chicken back in the sauce.

Take off the lid. Cook on high for 1 hour to make the sauce thick.
