Ingredients

800g cut-up chicken breast or thigh

1 chopped onion

3 cups chopped mushrooms

400g can chopped tomatoes

3 tablespoons tomato paste

200g chopped bacon

200g chopped broccoli or cauliflower

1 cup chicken broth

1 1/2 cups water

1/2 to 3/4 cup cream (add near the end)

Fettuccine pasta (pre-cooked and mix in at end, or add 1 hour before done if there’s enough liquid)
