Ingredients

1 kg chicken meatballs (I broke my rissoles into 4 pieces, but any meat works)

1 can pineapple chunks

1 big red pepper (capsicum)

1 big onion

1 small can mushroom pieces (champignons)

1 jar sweet and sour sauce

12-18 wooden sticks (skewers)
Chicken Kebabs: Directions

Cook your meatballs in a pan until they turn brown.

Put a meatball, pineapple chunk, red pepper slice, onion piece, and mushroom on each skewer. Use as many as you want.

Mix the sweet and sour sauce with extra pineapple and bits in a slow cooker.

Lay the skewers on top and cook on low for 4-6 hours.

Serve hot with sauce spooned over everything!
