Slow Cooker Cheese and Bacon Bread. Easy pull apart. It was so tasty will definitely make again.
Ingredients:
3 and a half cups plain flour
17 gram pack of yeast
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 tablespoon of garlic granules
1 tablespoon of onoin flakes
375ml warm water
Topping:
1 cup of bacon
1 shallot i put 3 1 wasn’t enough
1 tablespoon of chives i also put more in
Teaspoon of each garlic and onion granules
Tablespoon of garlic butter
1 cup grated cheese

Directions:
Combine flour, yeast, garlic, onion, rosemary and salt. Make a well in the center and pour the water in and mix well. Knead for 10min on a floured surface. Roll dough into balls and place into sc and add toppings. Cook for 1.5 hours on high with tea towel under lid.
It wasn’t Browning on top so i just took out of sc and put in the oven for 20 min.
ENJOY WHILE WARM.
