Chicken Carbonara Pasta

Chicken Carbonara Pasta…..

INGREDIENTS:
* 1kg chicken diced ( thigh, breast or tenderloins)
* 300gm bacon diced
* 400gm mushrooms sliced
* 1 x onion diced
* 3 x teaspoons minced garlic
* 2 x cans of “Cream of chicken condensed soup”
* 2 x 600ml thickened cream
* 1 x Chicken stock cube (crumbled)
* 1 x Pasta pack 500gm (Penne, spiral or shells)

DIRECTIONS:
* Add chicken, onion, bacon, garlic, mushrooms and stock cube into slow cooker
* Pour over soups
* Add cream
* Stir together gently
* Cook on LOW for 4 hours

*** After 4 hours***
* Put pasta (uncooked) in slow cooker
* Gently combine
* Cook on HIGH for a further 1.5 hours

* I didn’t have minced garlic, so used garlic salt *
This was super easy to do and yum!
