Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken, cut into small pieces

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 2 teaspoons chopped garlic

  • 250 ml cooking cream

  • 200 ml sour cream

  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 teaspoons corn flour

Chicken Diane: Directions

  1. Warm some oil in a pan. Cook the chicken and garlic until they turn brown, then move them to the slow cooker.

  2. Pour in cooking cream.

  3. Mix sour cream with corn flour until smooth, then add it.

  4. Add Worcestershire sauce.

  5. Stir everything well.

  6. Cook on low for 4-5 hours.

Tips
Serve with rice and green veggies.
Or try mashed potatoes.
