Chicken Gravy & Stuffing: Instructions
Step 1: Add Vegetables and Soup
Put the potatoes, onion, carrots, mushroom soup, and chicken soup into the slow cooker. Stir everything well so the soup coats the vegetables evenly.
Step 2: Add the Chicken
Put the chicken pieces on top of the veggies. If using cheese, sprinkle it over the chicken. Cover each breast with stuffing mix or breadcrumbs, then add small pieces of butter on top.
Step 3: Cook
Cover with the lid and cook on HIGH for 4 hours.
Step 4: Add Peas
Carefully remove the chicken breasts and set them aside. Stir the peas into the vegetables and gravy. Place the chicken back on top.
