Chicken Tikka Masala Recipe
Ingredients:
5 chicken breasts cut into large chunks (cubes)
5 cloves of garlic sliced
2 white onions chopped
1 tsp Garam masala
1tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp nigella seeds
Coriander (amount to personal taste) chopped
2 tsp tikka masala spice powered mix
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
500ml pasata
1/2 tube tomato purée
100-150 ml of cream
Method:
I usually sweat my onions for a couple of minutes in a pan, add the spices for two minutes and then the chicken for two minutes before adding to the slow cooker.
I cook everything on high for two hours and then on low for four hours.
I add the cream and hour before serving.

slow cooker cheese and bacon bread using only self raising flour and yogurt.
So, so good.
Ingredients:
3 cups of self raising flour
2 cups of full fat greek yogurt
Bacon and cheese
Method:
Sift flour and add yogurt in an large mixing bowl
Mix together until if forms like a dough. A minute or so and kneeding
Mix in bacon and cheese
Line slow cooker with baking paper.
Poor in mix
Add more bacon and cheese to the top
Sprinkle with a bit of herbs if that’s your fancy
Cook on low for 3 1/2 hours
Tea towel under the lid
Bingo, there you go.
Let cool on a rack
Eat with heaps of butter.
