Creamy Garlic Slow-Steak. This is my easy slow-cooker steak recipe. I used casserole steak and cooked it slowly with onions and garlic. Then I poured a smooth, cheesy garlic sauce over the meat. It becomes tender and tasty. This recipe serves four and is simple to make.
Slow-cooked steak becomes soft and full of garlic flavor in a creamy, cheesy sauce. Onions and a mix of cream, cream cheese, and Parmesan make the sauce rich and smooth. It’s a low-effort family meal—just set the slow cooker and finish with melted cheese for a warm, comforting dinner.

Creamy Garlic Slow-Steak: Directions
-
Place the chopped onion at the bottom of the slow cooker.

Place the steak slices on top of the onions, then sprinkle the diced garlic over the steak.

Cook on low for 5 hours, flipping the steak once about halfway through cooking.
