320 ml cooking cream

4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

4 tablespoons tomato sauce

1 brown onion, finely diced

2 tablespoons olive oil (for searing, optional)

Mushrooms (optional), sliced as desired

If you want, you can warm the olive oil in a pan and quickly cook the steak on both sides until it turns brown.
