Lamb Ragu Slow Cooker Recipe- it was delicious 😋
Ingredients:
3 tbs olive oil
1 brown onion
1 kg lamb shoulder
Some chilli flakes and Italian herbs
Salt and pepper
*First Brown all in pan quickly
Chuck in slow cooker with:
1 cup of beef stock
200ml red wine
Can of diced tomatoes
420g can Tomato condensed soup
Celery stick
Couple of carrots
Red capsicum
Directions:
Cook on low for 8 hours
Half hour before end cook a packet of pasta – I used 500g rigatoni, once almost cooked put in slow cooker, let everything combine for 10 then serve and enjoy 😊
