3–4 lamb shanks

1 onion, diced

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 packet French onion soup mix

1 can Campbell’s condensed cream of mushroom soup (do not add water)

1 tablespoon mint sauce
Lamb Shanks with Obsession Sauce: Directions

Put the lamb shanks and the diced onion in the bottom of the slow cooker.

In a bowl, stir together Worcestershire sauce, French onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, and mint sauce until mixed well.

Pour the sauce mixture over the lamb shanks and onions in the slow cooker.

Cook on high for 1 hour.

After 1 hour, turn the slow cooker to low and cook for 6 more hours.

When the meat is very tender, remove and serve. The recipe also works with boneless lamb shank meat.
